Patient 1

Problem: Lower crowding

​

Solution: Braces in the lower only with some polishing between the teeth

​

Notes: Because of the patient's bite, we were able to treat the lower arch only, but needed to decrease the amount of tooth substance to allow for alignment

Patient 2

Problem: Lower anterior crowding

​

Solution: Partial braces in the lower to bring the teeth into alignment and then permanent retention

​

Notes: In some instances partial treatment for a short period of time is a good treatment and needs permanent retention to keep it in place
