Adult - Class II

Problem: Wear of the upper front teeth, deep bite and previous extraction of lower premolars.

Solution: Extract two upper premolars and close spaces using braces.

Notes: Ideal bite was achieved and some dentistry was utilised to refine the anterior teeth.

Problem: Marked dental protrusion with some gum disease

Solution: Extracted upper canines and lower central incisor and retracted teeth using braces

Notes: This unusual extraction was due to gum disease and the patient's age to achieve reduction of the dental protrusion
