Problem: Crowding of the upper and lower teeth. Jaw relationship acceptable.

Solution: Extracted upper second pre molars; placed braces closing spaces and aligned the teeth.

Notes: Minimal profile changes.

Problem: Crowding with Upper right canine blocked out

Solution: Open space with non extraction

Notes: This allowed correction of the midline and profile maintenance
