Problem: Anterior crossbite and missing 4 second premolars.

Solution: Removable expansion and full braces a few years later. Extracted all deciduous teeth and closed spaces using face mask

Notes: The face mask allowed us to bring the back teeth forward to close the spaces of missing teeth.
