Your First Visit

Prior to your first visit you will receive a medical and dental history form, together with an introduction to the practice and a location map. Please bring the completed forms with you to your first visit. Alternatively, you can fill in your form online.

At the first visit you will be introduced to the practice and initially meet our treatment coordinator. She will introduce you to orthodontics and discuss your needs and requirements and will briefly discuss costs with you.

You will then meet Dr Wasilewsky who will examine you and discuss treatment possibilities. We will then need to take some records and digital photographs.

On your departure from the practice you will have an understanding and knowledge of the following:

A basic treatment plan, definite costing, an understanding or orthodontics, possible future appointments and a note excusing you from school, if needed.
