Patient 1
				Problem:Open bite mainly dental in origin with peg shaped upper lateral incisors.   Solution:   Fixed expansion to begin followed by braces and mechanics to prevent posterior tooth eruption.   Notes: Initial problem was caused by a thumb habit. The small upper lateral incisors will be built up by the dentist.
Patient 2
				Problem: Marked open bite and top teeth forward. Solution: Monitored the patient for a number of years and then initiated treatment, extracted upper second pre molars and aligned teeth, improving the bite.
