Patient 1
				Problem: Deep bite with crowding in the upper and lower.
				Solution: Initiated treatment with a bite plate to decrease the deep bite and minimise discomfort, then braces upper molars and upper anterior teeth followed by fixed braces on all other teeth.
				Notes: Aim of treatment was to minimise the lower incisor retrusion, bring the teeth out decreasing the deep bite. This worked extremely well.
